Claire Sufrin

Claire Sufrin is Associate Professor of Instruction in Jewish Studies and Assistant Director of Jewish Studies in the Crown Family Center for Jewish and Israel Studies at Northwestern University. After earning her PhD from Stanford (2008), Claire held a Schusterman Postdoctoral Fellowship in Jewish Studies at Northeastern University in Boston before moving to the Chicago area in 2010. Her current research focuses on religion and literature.
