Description of Research: My research investigates how remote work models impact nonprofit organizations, particularly identity-based groups such as Jewish Federations and activist organizations like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). I seek to explore the distinct challenges and opportunities these organizations face as they transition to remote and hybrid work environments. The research aims to understand how these changes affect community impact, staff cohesion, and operational efficiency. Through examining adaptation strategies, identifying key challenges, and developing practical solutions, the study seeks to provide valuable insights to help Jewish nonprofits optimize their remote work practices and continue to fulfill their missions effectively in a digital-first world.
