"In my paper, I trace the development of Yiddish in Israel, and discuss the present-day revival of Yiddish culture.  I approach the analysis from several angles, including the history of Yiddish literature and theater.  I draw inspiration from my great-grandfather, who acted in the Folksbiene National Yiddish Theatre for 80 years." -Noah Linfield, 2013

He is an STS major concentrating in security, policy, and technology, class of 204. He hopes to make a difference at the intersection of education, learning, and technology, in what will be interesting opportunities in both public service and in commerce.  On campus, Noah loves spending time with my friends at Hillel and on special statistics projects for the men's basketball team.

He received the Koret Award for Best Essay Written in Hebrew in 2013 for his essay "Hebrewman, Speak Hebrew!” written for Prof. Vered Shemtov's class.
