Description of research plans: This project seeks to investigate how living in a conflict zone impacts sleep quality in children across Israeli populations. By exploring both the emotional and physiological dimensions of sleep disruptions, this research will identify shared experiences and resilience between communities to help foster empathy and understanding. In order to alleviate stressors caused by sleep disruption, this project aims to translate research findings into a children’s book designed to support emotional wellbeing and healthy sleep habits across cultural and language backgrounds.
